Design Challenge

We were given the challenge to make designs to send to a rural area for them to 3D print. I chose to design forceps.

Here are the picture references that I am using for my design. I couldn't find one picture of what I wanted, so I ended up using several.

My Designs

My final design is now finished and working!

For fun, here is a failed design. On the left was one of my rough drafts. It was far too thin, had weird angles, and would have been impossible to copy for the other side. On the right is the early ages of my final copy. It's thicker more precise, and it was much easier to copy for the other side.

And here is the
final copy!
